La Amarantha ACOTAR Cocktail

A bloody version of an espresso martini / el jefe inspired by Amarantha from A Court of Thorns and Roses (ACOTAR) Series by Sarah J. Maas.

Amarantha is a High Fae general from Hybern...and that is all I can really say without spoilers.

La Amarantha ACOTAR Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Reposado Tequila

• 1/2 oz. Coffee Liqueur

• 1/2 oz. Blood Orange Syrup

• 1 oz. Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate

Instructions

1. Add your ingredients to your shaker.

2. Dry shake (do not add ice) for 20-30 seconds. This will help form the foam that is a signature of an espresso martini and el jefe.

3. Add ice and shake again until cold.

4. Strain into a coupe glass and top with 3 coffee/espresso beans.
